Peaky Blinders Spiced Rum

On the nose, we find a rather full-bodied and concentrated spiced rum, with a fresh yet rather dark profile. It is mainly the cinnamon that brings these two sides together, and leads the tasting. Some citrus zest harmonises quite naturally with the whole.
The palate is smooth and fluid, but not overly round. The blend of spices takes us to a cola-like, vegetal and gently spicy side. The finish has a nice peppery warmth.
