Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a premium Irish whiskey from The Shed Distillery, the first whiskey distilled in Connacht in over 105 years. Triple-distilled from malted and unmalted barley with Irish Barra oats, it is aged in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks and bottled at 43% ABV, delivering a rich and elegant character.
Tasting notes: Aromas of vanilla, pear drops, dried fruits, and sweet spice lead to a creamy palate with green apple, figs, toasted oak, and sherry notes, finishing long, warm, and gently spicy. Non-chill filtered with no added color.
