Blend:
Blend of eaux de vie from all the different growth areas (Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, Fins Bois and Bois Ordinaires.
Color:
Limpid golden robe with subtle hues of amber.
Bouquet:
Light floral notes leaning toward yellow flowers (jasmine, honeysuckle…) as well as dark tea at first then leading into subtle hints of citrus (orange peel) as well as spices and soft vanilla.
Palate:
Elegant and well balanced structure that unveils delicate aromas of white pepper and nutmeg followed by fresh notes of citrus. Round and mellow finish leaning toward fine notes of vanilla.
Serving:
An expression to enjoy neat, on the rocks, in a long drink (mixed with tonic or sparkling water for instance) or in a cocktail.
