Bache Gabrielsen VSOP

The idea behind the Triple Cask was to create a cognac which would stand out from the crowd by giving it the time to oxygenate letting it develop in roundness and versatility. We dared to go that stepfurther with our VSOP Cognac, despite it already meeting the quality criteria of Bache-Gabrielsen,  we did this by transferring into small casks so that oxidization would continue.

Aromas of ripe wood, vanilla, dried fruit  – apricots almonds, dates, hazelnuts.

The taste reveals all the fruitiness of the Fins Bois and the elegance of the Petite Champagne. Finale note of banana and oriental spice.

The aromatic structure of this cognac comes from a harmonious blend of carefully selected eaux-de-vie.
